The department
of Career and Academic Development serves CSSA members and alums
in two areas:
I. Enriching
the graduate school experience;
II. Broadening the career opportunities horizon.
All of our organized events, which include seminars and socials,
focus on career and academic related topics. In addition, we are
developing a database of corporate and alumni contacts all over
the world. We actively seek enthusiastic volunteers who want to
1) help Chinese
students (including yourself) maximize the benefit of studying
at MIT;
2) develop social, organizational and leadership skills;
3) acquire key contacts in both industry and academia;
4) make friends with a group of highly motivated and resourceful
CAD officers and members;
5) have fun!
